Ariana's Mama was surfing the web one day and came across the book Mary Frances Sewing by Jane Eayre Fryer. Since it was written in 1913, it has the beautiful vintage flavor that she loves. She thought it would be fabulous to use as a teaching text to teach Miss Ariana to sew. This is their journey.
Miss Ariana: 9 years old, blond, curly hair. Loves reading, singing, tea parties, dolls, watching her mama sew, playing with her brothers and wearing skirts.
Ariana's Mama: Younger than the hills but older than Miss Ariana, brunette with a hardy dash of salt and curls that droop. Loves reading, sewing, baking, tea parties, days when life was simpler, long walks on the beach and a great fitting Little Black Dress.
